01 How much does a custom online store cost?
Promo sites and landings start at €250, stores with integrations from €1,250, complex WMS / multi-tenant systems €25k+. Every project is quoted individually after a short discovery — no hidden costs, no vendor lock-in.
02 How long does a project take?
Promo site: 2 — 4 weeks. Store with integrations: 6 — 12 weeks. Full WMS or multi-tenant platform: 3 — 6 months. We work in 1 — 2 week sprints with a demo at the end of every sprint and staging from day one.
03 Do you handle maintenance after launch?
Yes — SLA with guaranteed response time (4h to 1 business day). Retainer (X hours / month) or hourly billing. Hosting, monitoring, backups and hotfixes included.
04 Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, by default. All conversations, code and client data are protected. We can sign an NDA before the first discovery call — just send us your document.
05 What about code IP rights?
After final payment, full rights to code, design and assets transfer to the client. Zero vendor lock-in, zero "our" CMS. All code lives in your repository (GitHub, GitLab or your own server).
06 Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work in PL and EN, invoice in PLN, EUR and USD. We have clients across the EU, UK and USA. Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Linear — we adapt to your tools.
